4. Remove the footwell from the front and rear
plastic cabs.
5. Reverse the removal procedures to install the foot
well. Be sure to properly align the the cab ends
into the foot wells upon reassembly. Refer to the
torque specifications in the photos for assembly.
METAL FOOT WELL
REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Follow the steps for the "PLASTIC FOOT WELL
REMOVAL / INSTALLATION" procedure.
2. The metal footwell frame can be removed in two
ways; with the frame tube supports attached or
without the frame tube supports attached.
3. To remove with out the frame tube supports,
remove the four T--27 torx screws (A). Slide the
footwell plate off of the frame.
Reassembly: 14--16 ft.lbs

4. To remove the metal footwell plate with the
support tubes attached, remove the T--27 torx
screws (B) that attach each tube to the front and
rear racks.

5. The metal footwell plate and rack support tubes
should now slide off of the frame.
Pull Assembly Out From Frame
6. For installation reverse the steps in this
procedure. Refer to the torque specifications in
the photos for assembly.
