Separate the front
frame from the
drivetrain.
Take a quarter and slide it into
each contact on the bottom side of
the battery pack. See figure 19.
Check the front intermediate motor
10 ohms or less?
harness and the rear intermediate
harness for continuity.
Replace the
controller.
Inspect the front and rear
intermediate motor
harness connectors.
No
Yes
Open?
Replace as
necessary.
Are they
discolored or
corroded?
Does each contact
hold the quarter
firmly in place?
Replace the battery harness.
See figure 17 on page 12.
