If your workstation language has been set, the system unit
displays text like the following (unless a serial-line console
is in use):
KNO2-BA

If the workstation language has not been set, the system
unit displays the following language menu first:
1) Dansk
2) Deutsch
3) Deutsch (Schweiz)
4) English
5) English (British/Irish) 13) Portûgues
6) Español
7) Français
8) Français (Canadien)

Type the number displayed to the left of the language you want
to use. Then press Return.
The console prompt (
You can change the workstation language by redisplaying the
language menu. Use the setenv command, in section ''setenv'',
on page 11-20, to set the console environment variable to 0
(zero). The language selection menu will immediately appear,
and a new language can be selected.

If Your System Unit Fails to Turn On

If nothing happens when you turn on the system unit, turn it
off and check to be sure that
Power cords are connected properly and that the power
strip, if there is one, is plugged in and turned on.
There is power at all power outlets.
All power switches are set to the on position.
If the system unit still fails to work, turn to Chapter 10 for
troubleshooting instructions.
