4.9 System Software Upgrade

Click the Download Latest Firmware link in the lower left corner of the MAX Web Manager Site Map
page to access the Software Upgrade page, illustrated below.

Note: System software upgrades can be performed only via a Windows-based PC computer.
Mac computers cannot be used for this procedure.
The software upgrade procedure for Net2Phone MAX 4 is divided into stages:
1. Download the files needed for upgrade from Net2Phone' s FTP server to a client PC on the
Net2Phone MAX 4' s LAN.
2. Upload the new software to the Net2Phone MAX 4 system.
Be sure to have the following information at hand:
Ÿ User name
Ÿ Password
Ÿ IP address of Net2Phone MAX 4
