4N6: Washer and Dryer
A washer and dryer are located in the engine
room forward.
These operate like conventional units.
You will need to run a generator, as Shore Power
cannot support its heavy electrical current needs.
The two units operate conventionally.
Be sure to set the water valves per the
illustrations to right.
Be sure to clean the lint filters after each use!
4N7: Icemaker
There is an icemaker located under the dry bar just aft of the salon
helm seat. It uses 120 volts AC, and it is supplied by shore power or the
generator; if these power sources are not available, the inverter will power the
ice maker if is on. When removing an ice bucket, lift the ice-detecting arm to
suspend icemaking. The ice is made from the vessel's fresh water supply.
Section 4N: Galley & Appliances 4.39
The dryer is to starboard in the
E/R.
This Y-valve under the engine
room sink feeds either the
watermaker or the washer with
cold water and must be set to
"watermaker" unless the washer is
being used!
The washer is to port forward
in the E/R.
Washer water valves are on
side of E/R sink.
