Fresh Water System
Stopping the Water Maker
Fresh Water Flush
Charcoal fi lter is located
under the engine room
sink. Valve is on the port
side of the fi lter body.
Water Maker Pre-Filters
1. Slowly turn the High Pressure Bypass Valve (Black Valve) back to
CLEANING POSITION (HORIZONTAL)
2. Press the HP PUMP pushbutton to stop the High Pressure Pump.
3. Press the LP PUMP pushbutton to stop the Low Pressure Pump.
4. Let the system run for 10 minute to cool it.
5. Th en turn switch OFF on your breaker at the main breaker panel in
the saloon.
1. Turn on one of the generators to supply 120v.
2. Turn on the water maker AC Breaker.
3. Place the Fresh Water / Salt Water Selector valve is set on FRESH
WATER.
4. Confi rm that the valve on the charcoal fi lter is open.
5. Press the LP PUMP pushbutton start the Low Pressure Pump.
6. Let the system run 20 minutes.
7. Press the LP PUMP pushbutton stop the Low Pressure Pump.
8. Return the Fresh Water / Salt Water Selector valve to the SALT
WATER position.
9. Turn off the water maker AC Breaker.
Th e water maker has two high capacity fi lters located in the engine
room that should seldom need service.
