(1) Press Setup and rotate Select to "Charger Setup" on display;
(2) Press the Select knob; (3) Rotate Select to desired maximum amperage;
(4) Press Select.
Important Inverter Reminders
If on battery power only: Full voltage is 12.8. If the voltage is below 12.0V, the batteries
are at half voltage. To avoid possible battery damage, keep them higher.
Remember the important note above under "Connecting/Disconnecting Shore
Power": The inverter, if on, draws a lot of current when bulk charging, so be careful not to
overload a shore power circuit. Use the SHORE button to reduce the load on the shore
power connection!.
If the inverter circuits are inadvertently overloaded, it will trip its "Inverter" circuit
breaker in the AC Circuit Breaker Panel. Reduce the AC load by turning off items and
reset the breaker!
The "Charge" LED should be "ON" at all times. The "Invert" LED should also be left "On"
when underway as it is the primary source of AC power.
Turn the inverter off at anchor for long periods when the generator isn't running and you are
asleep or away from the boat; in this way, you will avoid running down the house batteries
just because someone left some AC appliance plugged in and forgotten.
Note: Only the breakers in the panel illustration on page 4.12 with an asterisk (*) are
Inverter LED Status Lights
Inverter Control Buttons
Controls the Charge function. Should be left On.
Controls the Invert function. Should be left "On".
