Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative decree 25th of July 2005, no. 151 "Implementation of Direc-
tives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, pertaining to reduction of use of dangerous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment as well as waste disposal"
The symbol of a strike-through bin on the equipment or its package indicates that the product must be disposed
of separately from other waste at the end of its life cycle.
Separate waste collection of this equipment at the end of its life cycle is organised and managed by the
manufacturer. Therefore, a user who wants to get rid of the equipment must contact the manufacturer and follow
the system it employs to allow separate collection of the equipment at the end of its life cycle.
Suitable separate waste collection in order to send the disposed equipment to environmentally friendly recycling,
treatment or disposal helps preventing possible negative impacts on the environment and health, as well as
facilitating the reuse and/or recycling of materials that comprise the equipment.
Unauthorized disposal of the product by its owner results in the application of financial penalties provided for
by current regulations.
