Connector Assembly

Tilt and slide the adjuster
to loosen the lower anchor
connector assembly.

When the lower anchor connector assembly is not in
use, you
MUST
the bottom of the base
Route the harness strap through the belt path on top of
the base then attach the hooks to the slots
each side of the storage area beneath the base.
A loose lower anchor assembly connector harness and
hook may injure your child.

• Seat belts equipped with an emergency locking
retractor (ELR). Some ELR vehicle belts can be
switched so that they lock when tightened. It may
not be necessary to use a locking clip in these
situations.

combinations that have a
buckle tongue that slides
freely along the belt
without locking into
place; AND
