IPAC Server Administrator's Manual
Backup Server
IPAC Server™ enables administrators with appropriate permissions to configure their
servers to back up automatically, and according to either a Windows share or SSH methods.
These tasks should only be performed by a network administrator.
To configure Backup Server settings
1. Scroll over the System link. The sub-navigation menu displays.
2. From the sub-navigation menu, click Database. The Database sub-navigation
menu displays.
3. From the Database sub-navigation menu, click Backup Server. The Backup
Server page displays.
4. In the Auto Backup section of the page, check the "Enable" box to enable
automatic backup of your server.
5. Select the frequency of automatic backup from the dropdown list.
6. Select the day of the week from the dropdown list for your automatic backup.
7. Specify the time of day for your backup by selecting a time from the dropdown
list.
