Managing Custom Fields

Custom fields store optional information about a user, such as department or parking space
assignment. They also have the option of being a text object, such as a user's job title, or
an image object, such as a user's signature. You can define an unlimited number of custom
fields for an account, and each can hold up to 32 alpha-numeric characters. Custom field
labels are the same throughout your account. For example, if you name a custom field
"Department" it will appear as Department on all pages, for every user in the account.
Administrators with appropriate permissions can view, create, edit, and delete custom
