VBAT_E provides the facility to fit an external battery for the backup supply of the
external 256KByte static RAM and RTC, and internal 256KByte static RAM and
RTC.
A +12V connection is defined, but is not required for the TITAN under normal
operation. It can be used to supply +12V to the PC/104 stack if required.
A momentary switch (push to make) may be connected across /Reset and GND.
Do NOT connect the switch across /Reset and VCC or +12V.
