Before replacingbulb, disconnect power to oven at the main fuse or circuit breaker
panel. Besurethatthe entireovencavityincluding the lightbulbiscoolbeforeattempting
to remove.
To replace light bulb:

1. Carefullyunscrewthe glass light lens.
2. To obtainfirm graspon bulb,wear protectiverubbergloves.

Removeby turningbulbtothe left. Do nottoucha hot oven
lightbulbwitha damp clothas bulbwill break. Note: If the
bulb does break and you wishto removeit, be certain power
supply is disconnected and wear protective gloves, You
may contact your authorizedJenn-Air Service Contractor for

service.
3. Replace bulb with a 40 watt oven-rated appliance bulb. Bulb with brass base is
recommended to prevent fusing of bulb into socket.
4. Replace bulb cover and reconnect power to oven. Reset clock.
Before replacing light bulb, DISCONNECT POWER TO RANGE.
To replace fluorescent surface light: Graspthe top of backsplashwiththumbs under
frontedge and gentlypull outwardwhile liftingto release trim fromcatchesat each end.
Remove bulb and replacewith an 18 watt fluorescenttube. Snap top trim back into
place, restore powerand reset clock.
