Room Monitor Feature
• You can also turn on/off the base unit Room Monitor feature, by using the cordless
handset. Perform the following steps:
(1) Press [CONF/FUNCTION] .
(2) Scroll to " Initial setting " by pressing [ ] or [ ] , then press [ ] .
(3) Scroll to " Set base unit " by pressing [ ] or [ ] , then press [ ] .
(4) Scroll to " Room monitor " by pressing [ ] or [ ] , then press [ ] .
(5) Select " On " or " Off " by pressing [ ] or [ ] , press the soft key
To monitor with
The destination cordless handset must not be in use.

Press [LOCATOR/INTERCOM/TRANSFER] ,
then press [MUTE] .

To call the cordless handset, press the
extension number ([1] to [8]).
• To monitor from the base unit handset, lift it off
the cradle. To switch back to the speaker, press
[DIGITAL SP-PHONE].

To end monitoring, place the handset on the cradle, or if using
the speakerphone, press [LOCATOR/INTERCOM/TRANSFER] or
[DIGITAL SP-PHONE].
To monitor with
