Y Significant DC voltage can
remain on capacitors after
unit is Off. Always check
capacitors
according
Section 8-2 or to be sure they
have
discharged
before
working on unit.
Remove wrapper and lower left
side panel from unit.

Lower Bezel
Remove
bezel
by
spreading
securing tabs to release bezel from
lower front panel.

Access Cover
Remove screws (2) and access
panel from left-hand windtunnel.

Receptacle RC8
Disconnect fan motor plug from
RC8 on main control board PC1.

Fan Motor
Remove screws (2) securing fan
motor to lower front panel.

Lower Front Panel Securing
Screw
Loosen bottom left lower front panel
securing screw to ease fan motor
removal.
Rotate fan 90 degrees, and slide
fan motor out of access opening.
Reverse steps to replace fan motor
in unit.
