To cancel sending a fax, press the Stop/Reset button. To cancel
sending a fax while it is being sent, press the Stop/Reset button,
then follow the instructions on the LCD.
In case the machine was not able to send a fax, such as when the
recipient's line was busy, the machine is equipped with the function to
automatically redial the number after a specified interval. Automatic
redialing is enabled by default. See
To cancel automatic redialing, wait until the machine starts redialing,
press the Stop/Reset button, then follow the instructions on the LCD.
Dialing the Coded Speed Dial

Prepare for faxing.

Press the Coded Dial button.

Press the Numeric buttons to enter the two-digit code (00 - 19)
assigned to the number you want to dial.

Press the Color button for color sending, or the Black button for
black & white sending.
Important
Color sending is available only when the recipient's fax machine supports
color faxing.

Redialing
There are two methods of redialing: Automatic redialing and Manual redialing. Automatic
