DIAL TONE DETECT

If you selects ON, the machine transmits the fax after confirming the dial tone. This setting may
not be supported depending on the country or region of purchase.
RX SETTINGS
AUTO PRINT RX
Sets whether the machine automatically prints the received fax. When set to OFF, received
faxes are stored in memory.
PRINT WHEN NO
INK:
ECM RX
Enables/disables Error Correction Mode (ECM) during reception.
FAX PRIORITY MODE
If you select FAX PRIORITY MODE as the receive mode, customizes its settings.

If you select PRINT ERROR ONLY or
PRNT FOR EACH TX as TX REPORT,
enables/disables printing the first page of the
fax under the report.
If you select ON as AUTO PRINT RX,
you can sets whether the machine
automatically prints the received fax when the
ink is low or has run out.
Select OFF to store the received fax in
memory when the ink is low or has run out.
Select ON to print the received fax
regardless of the remaining ink level.
Selects the time the machine takes to check
whether a call is a fax or voice call.
Selects the ring length for voice calls.
Selects whether the machine switches to receive
mode after the ring time has elapsed, or whether
it disconnects the call.
