Remedy
Set the format for the four screens to one other than
DVI Computer, HDMI computer signal or 4:4:4 XYZ
12bit (page 44).
The setting data are automatically recovered. Confirm
the recovered setting data.
Do not set IME to on before you enter the characters.
Set the NETWORK switches on input blocks A to D to
the same setting (page 12).
• Check that the MAIN POWER switch on the
connected monitor is turned on. If not, turn it on.
• Check that the power of the LAN hub is turned on. If
not, turn it on.
Check that the cable is connected correctly. If not,
connect it correctly (page 31).
• Change the IP address of the monitor in the
Network setup window of a web browser (page 34).
• Change the IP addresses of the devices that are the
same as those of the monitor connected via the
network.
• Turn off the LAN hub then turn it on after changing
the IP address, since the LAN hub may store the
abnormal status in memory.
• Reboot the PC.
Confirm that the monitor and a computer are
connected correctly (page 31) and change the
network configuration in the Network setup window
(page 34).
Check Subnet Mask of the monitor in the Network
setup window (page 34) via a Web browser and that of
the PC in the Network setting window of the Operating
System of the PC. If they are different, set them to the
same subnet mask. For the setting, consult your
network administrator.
Click the Application Setup button in the initial window
of SRM Manager to display the Network Adaptor
window (page 36) then select the network adaptor to
be used for connection with the monitor.
• Close any open applications.
• Reboot the PC.
• Unblock the SRM Manager in the firewall setting.
Refer to the operating instructions supplied with the
firewall software used.
• Unblock UDP port number 53862 in the firewall
setting.
