7.19 loWeR SeAT fRAMe RePlACeMeNT

1) remove the seat pad as outlined in Section 7.15. .
2) remove the back pad as outlined in Section 7.16.
3) remove the heart rate handlebar as outlined in Section 7.17.
4) remove the upper seat frame as outlined in Section 7.18.
5) remove the 4 screws holding the rear end cap onto the seat slide assembly (Figures A & B).

6) remove the rear end cap from the seat slide assembly (Figure C).
7) remove the screw holding the roller onto the seat slide assembly and remove the roller (Figure D).
