FRONT FORK AND STEERING
REMOVAL POINTS

Steering ring nut

1. Remove:
Steering ring nut
Use the steering nut wrench
WARNING
Support the steering stem so that it may
not fall down.

Lower bearing

1. Remove:
Lower bearing
Use the floor chisel
CAUTION:
ACHTUNG:
Take care not to damage the steering shaft
thread.

Ball race

1. Remove:
Ball race
Remove the ball race using long rod
and the hammer.
INSPECTION

Steering stem

1. Inspect:
Steering stem
Bend/damage → Replace.
