One-touch Dial Number Assignation [320]

This menu lets you assign the One-touch Dial Numbers in the directory. Up to five destinations can be assigned to ONE
TOUCH DIAL buttons 1 to 5.
Before assigning the one-touch dial numbers, make sure the quick dial numbers have been registered in the directory.

Sequential Dialing assignation and deletion
• To assign a quick dial number [000] for sequential dialing, follow the procedure shown below.
q Assign a quick dial number (any temporary number) on the ONE TOUCH DIAL button as shown above.
w Move the cursor on the dial number in the [320 ONE TOUCH DIALING REGI.] menu. Then press the DELETE but-
ton to delete the number.
e Enter [0] by pressing the numeric button. [•••] will replace [000] on the QCK# in the selected one-touch dial num-
ber.
• If the receiver that the sequential dial number [000] is assigned to by the ONE TOUCH DIAL button make a setting
change to the transmitter, the ONE TOUCH DIAL button setting will remain. The sequential dial number is only valid for
the receiver, therefore delete it from the above menu by pressing the DELETE button.

1 Move the cursor to the desired One-touch
Dial Number in the [320 ONE TOUCH DIALING
REGI.] menu by pressing the

The [QCK# LIST] menu shown in the figure appears on the
monitor screen.
2 Enter a desired quick dial number to be
assigned by pressing the Numeric buttons.
Then press the ENTER button.
The selected quick dial number appears in the NO. area by
pressing the Numeric button. The cursor is moved to the
selected quick dial number in the [QCK# LIST] menu by
pressing the ENTER button.
A quick dial number can be selected by pressing the
button in the [QCK# LIST] menu. The cursor moves to
the selected quick dial number.
3 Press the ENTER button.
The menu returns to the previous [320 ONE TOUCH DIAL-
ING REGI.] menu. The selected quick dial number and title
are now displayed on the menu.
To assign the other ONE TOUCH DIAL buttons, repeat the
above procedures 1 to 3.
To delete a assigned quick dial number, move the cursor to
it by pressing the
DELETE button.
