Pulse Amplitude indicator (blip bar). Indicates the
dynamic pulse amplitude and rate. As the detected pulse
becomes stronger, more bars light with each pulse. The
reverse is true for weak pulses.
When setting alarm volume, the Pulse Amplitude blip
bar reflects the alarm volume setting.
