1. Remove timing belt by unscrewing the
nuts indicated and the two retaining bolts
and nuts located on the rear end.
2. Loosen the screw retaining the mobile belt
tensioner.
3. Remove the timing belt.
4. Prevent injection pump pulley turning us­
ing tool 1860765000 and unscrew the
pulley retaining bolt.
5. Use tool 1860886000 to remove the in­
jection pump pulley from the tapered fit­
ting.
