REMOVING-REFITTING
Removing
Place the car on ramps, disconnect the bat­
tery's negative terminal and remove the front
wheels, then proceed as described below:
1. Remove the air intake duct by undoing the
bolts shown in the figure, securing it to
the front crossframe.
2. Remove the air intake duct by undoing the
clips shown in the figure, then remove it
from the engine compartment complete
with oil vapour recovery pipe.
3. Lift the protective cover of the battery's
positive terminal and disconnect the rele­
vant cable; undo the nut securing the bat­
tery to the cage, then remove it from the
engine compartment.
4. Remove the fuse and relay box cover by
undoing the bolt indicated.
