2-2-4. TG-265 Board
1. Remove the inside panel and open the outside
panel. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
2. Remove the CCD unit. (Refer to Section 2-1.)
3. Disconnect the fl exible card wire from the
connector CN2 on the TG-265 board.

Be careful not to bend the fl exible card wire.
This shortens the wire life.
4. Disconnect the harness from the connector
CN201 on the TG-265 board.
5. Remove the four screws to remove the
TG-265 board.
6. Install a new TG-265 board by reversing the
steps above.
2-2-5. SE-949 Board
1. Remove the inside panel and open the outside
panel. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
2. Remove the CCD unit. (Refer to Section 2-1.)
3. Disconnect the harness from the connector
CN1 on the SE-949 board.
4. Remove the three screws to remove the fi lter
ID plate and the SE-949 board.
5. Install a new SE-949 board with two screws.
6. Turn the knob shaft to a position where the
fi lter with the lightest color (1: clear) appears
when viewed from the lens mount section.
7. Attach the fi lter ID plate with a screw in the
orientation shown in the fi gure.
8. Perform steps 1 and 2 reversely.
