Description/Causes
Real time clock error — out of
range.
Bad status message received
from PbP.
Time out error.
Invalid meter graphics were
detected.
PSOC error.
Error displayed when the LAN
network was connected
Printer fault after changing ink
cart
Tape ran out and last tape did
not print.
Ink carriage motor or sensor
error. Grinding noise may also
be heard.
No Paper.
Mail too short. Mail skew in

Resolution
If this error occurs during out-of-box
setup, reboot the system. If the error
happens again, reboot, press continue
to bypass the current clock time and com-
plete the install process. Change clock
time after installation is complete.
If this occurs after setup, correct the
time via the Menu Key, Setup>Time &
TImeouts>Correct Time Drift.
Confirm the system is installed on PbP
and try to reconnect. Also confirm with
PbP that funds are available for the cus-
tomer.

Reboot. Leave system off for a minimum
of one minute.
Check the capping station area to see if
the capping station is broken or loose. If
loose, try snapping it back into position. If
