Analyzing the Debug Log Binary Data
The binary data created in the previous step must be sent to the Design Center for
analysis. Since the amount of data can be fairly large (approximately 4 MB),
compress the data with a standard compression program like ZIP or LZH and send
it via email.
If a PC and the software for converting the IC card data to binary is not available,
you can send or deliver the IC card.
A software application (GWLOG.EXE) is provided to convert the binary data file to
a text file which can be read on screen or printed.
On the DOS command line, type:
C:\GWLOG<Path>
and press ENTER. The <Path> is the path to the directory (folder) where the
converted binary file created in the previous was saved.
NOTE: 1) The program converts binary file to a text file in the same directory.
2) The target file name for the text file is generated automatically.
3) If the debug log was copied to an IC card of the wrong format, then an
error is issued and the program halts.
