Checking the Regi Sensor (SENSOR PHOTO) for
operation
Does the number on the screen increase by one,
when the actuator (ACTUATOR REGI IN) of the
Regi. Sensor (SENSOR PHOTO) is operated?
Checked by [Digital Input]-[DI-2] of [IOT Diag] in
[Printer Diag] of diagnosis.
Checking the Regi Clutch for operation
Does the Regi Clutch (CLUTCH ASSY DRIVE)
operate properly?
- PC Operation :
Checked by the [REGI CLUTCH Operation Check]
of the [Machine Check] of [Diagnosis] tab in the
[Tool Box].
- Panel Operation :
Checked by [Digital Output]-[DO-29] of [IOT Diag]
in [Printer Diag] of diagnosis.
During this check, close the COVER ASSY FRONT.
Checking the Main Motor (DRIVE ASSY MAIN) for
operation
Does the Main Motor (DRIVE ASSY MAIN) operate
properly?
- PC Operation :
Checked by the [Main Motor Operation Check] of
the [Machine Check] of [Diagnosis] tab in the [Tool
Box].
- Panel Operation :
Checked by [Digital Output]-[DO-0] of [IOT Diag] in
[Printer Diag] of diagnosis.
During this check, close the COVER ASSY FRONT.
Replace the TRANSFER ASSY. (Refer to Removal
48/ Replacement 12.)
