You need to have configured the devices at a site before you can limit their use in a user's
account. See

to configure POS devices.
1.
Using Admin, click the Users tab.
2.
Display the Update User dialog box by either:
Double-clicking the name of the user account that you want to update.

Selecting the user account that you want to update, then click either:
toolbar, Update in the Actions menu, or press the

In the Update User dialog box, select the User can access selected sites option.

Figure 10-9
for more information.

In the tree of sites below the User can access selected sites option, select a site by
clicking the checkbox next to the name of the site. The checkmark that appears
means that access to the site is granted to the user of the account.

Expand the site, as in
name of a site, select one or many devices. A checkmark means that access to the
device is granted to the user of the account.

Click Save and Close.

Your Multi-Media unit could be left insufficiently protected, so that performance or security
may be compromised. To reduce the probability of this, Honeywell recommends that your
Multi SA and your security officer check for situations such as the ones in
