Select the [Advanced] menu – the [Power On/Off] submenu, and set [Power
Failure Recovery] to "Always On".

4.5.4 Using the Fiber Channel Controller (PG-FC202)

To use the Fiber Channel Controller (PG-FC202), download the driver from the Fujitsu PRIMERGY
website (http://primergy.fujitsu.com).

4.5.5 Turning the Power On via a LAN

You can turn the power on the server from a client (via a LAN) by utilizing the Wakeup on LAN (WOL)
function.
Be sure to install ServerView to control the power supply via a LAN.
When the power cable is disconnected from the server or the server is powered off due to power
interruption, restart the server. If not, the WOL function will be disabled.
Only the onboard LAN is available to correspond to the WOL function for this server. To control power
supply via a LAN, connect the onboard LAN and set the onboard LAN adapter bind to "1" for sure.
BIOS Setup Utility setting
To manage the power supply via a LAN, start up BIOS Setup Utility, and select the [Advanced] menu –
[Power On/Off] submenu, and then set [LAN] to "Enabled". The "Enabled" is set as the initial setting.
4.5.6 Changing the System Drive Size (only for Windows
Server 2008)
For Windows Server 2008, the partition size can be extended or reduced after installation has completed.
Extending the partition size of a system drive
To extend the partition size of a system drive, follow the procedure below.

Log on to the server with administrator privileges.

Click [Start] – [All Programs] – [Administrative Tools] – [Server Manager].
Server Manager starts.
