Connect the SAS cable and the power cable to the Internal HDD Unit Bay
Conversion kit.
There are two SAS cables. Connect both cables to two connectors attached to the Internal HDD
Unit Bay Conversion kit.

Install a SAS array controller card (PG-248B / PG-248C1).
For the installation procedures, refer to "6.5.3 How to Install Expansion Cards" ( pg.164). For
PG-248C1 SAS array controller card, a battery backup unit (BBU) is supplied together. Install
the unit by referring to "6.5.4 Installing a Battery Backup Unit" ( pg.168).
