SERVICE SCHEDULE

Service schedule
Change the gear oil.

Check the front brake linings. (
Check the rear brake linings. (
Check the brake discs. (
Check the brake lines for damage and leakage.
Change the foot brake cylinder seals.
Check the rear brake fluid level. (
Check the free travel of the foot brake lever. (
Check the frame and swingarm.
Check the swingarm bearing.
Check the heim joints at the top and bottom of the shock absorber.
Perform a fork service.

Perform a shock absorber service.
Check the tire condition. (
Check the tire air pressure. (
Check the wheel bearing for play.
Check the wheel hubs.

Check the rim run-out.
x
Check the spoke tension. (
Check the chain, rear sprocket, engine sprocket, and chain guide. (
Check the chain tension. (
Grease all moving parts (e.g., hand lever, chain, ...) and check for smooth operation.
Check the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch. (
Check the front brake fluid level. (
Check the free travel of the hand brake lever. (
Check the play of the steering head bearing. (
Change pistons and check cylinders.
Change pistons and check cylinders. (in difficult operating conditions)
Change the connecting rod, conrod bearing, and crank pin.
Change the crankshaft bearing.
Check the transmission and shift mechanism.
Change the spark plug.

Change the spark plug connector.
Check the intake membrane.
Check the exhaust control for functioning and smooth operation.
Check the clutch.
x
Check all hoses (e.g. fuel, cooling, bleeder, drainage, etc.) and sleeves for cracking, leaks, and
incorrect routing.
x
Check the antifreeze and coolant level. (
Check the cables for damage and routing without sharp bends.
Check that the cables are undamaged, routed without sharp bends and set correctly.
Clean the air filter and air filter box.
Change the glass fiber yarn filling of the main silencer.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check idle.

Final check: Check the vehicle for safe operation and take a test ride.
Make the service entry in KTM DEALER.NET and in the service record.
S10A: Every 10 operating hours
S10N: Once after 10 operating hours
S20A: Every 20 operating hours/after every race
