Attach the plate cover.
Insert the tab on the left side of the plate cover into the hole in the UPS body
plate cover toward the body.
Securely tighten the 2 screws that were removed from the right side of the plate cover.

Attach the front panel.
Insert the tab on the right side of the front panel into the hole in the main unit
plate cover towards the main body.
Use a screwdriver to securely tighten (turn clockwise) the 2 screws on the left side of the front
panel.
Battery replacement is complete.
<Be sure to reset the battery life counter after replacing the battery.>
Press and hold the beep stop/test switch of the UPS for 10 seconds or longer to reset the bat-
tery life counter. Resetting is complete when "bJ" is displayed. * Perform a reset with the "AC
input" plug ON.
- Stopping (power supply switch OFF): When the beeper becomes a sustained beep, release
the switch.
- In Commercial Power Mode (power supply switch ON): When the beeper changes from in-
termittent beeps to a sustained beep, release the switch.
If you do not reset the battery life counter, a battery deterioration alarm may occur faster than
the expected battery life.

label, and attach the label to the unit. You can manage the battery replacement
date with the included Simple Shutdown Software (PowerAct Pro).
