9. Click on Continue... to begin the update. Mac users may have to type in their administrator's password.
10. Once the update is complete, verify the update:
Launch LaCie Network Assistant then select the Configuration tab. Choose your NAS on the left of the
window. The system version will be listed on the lower left.
11. If the update fails repeatedly, you may try to connect the drive directly to your computer using the Ethernet
cable. LaCie only recommends this option to experienced users familiar with networking
protocols.
Important Info: During the update process, the front LED will blink red and blue.
