EPSON Stylus Pro 7500
HEX DUMP
The HEX dump function is a function which prints out data transferred to the printer in
hexadecimal form. 16 data items are displayed in HEX form on a single line and in addition,
an ASCII character corresponding to those data is printed on the right side. If there are no
characters which correspond to the data, a "." (period) is printed for control codes, etc.
Printing of each 16 items of data is done, then finally, if the last 16 items of data remain,
printing is done by pressing the Pause button.
Furthermore, the panel settings cannot be set while the printer is in the HEX dump mode.
By using this function, you can confirm whether or not the data sent from the host computer
to the printer are correct.
To end this function, first stop printing by operating the Pause button, then turn the power
switch off.
