Hot Key Dial

The dialling buttons 1 to 9 function as one-touch dials. You can assign up to 9 caller information in the
phonebook into each dialling button 1 to 9 as hot key dial.
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 12), and the unit is in the standby mode.
To store a caller information
as hot key dial

Follow steps on Finding a Caller
Information in the Phonebook (p. 31),
then press .

Press or until "Reg. To Hot
Key" is displayed, and press

If already stored, " " will be displayed on
the left of the hot key number.

Press or to select a hot key
number, then press

Press or until "Save" is
displayed.
OR
If the hot key number with " " is
selected, press
"Overwrite" is displayed.

After a few seconds, the display will show
the next caller information.
To return to the standby mode, press
or wait for 60 seconds.

The stored caller information is displayed.

The number is automatically dialled.
To hang up, press .
Press and hold a hot key number 1 to 9.
The stored caller information is displayed.
Press .
Press or until the arrow points
to "Clear", then press .
"Clear ?" is displayed.
Press or to select "Yes", then
press .
A beep sounds and "CLEARED" is
displayed.
"No Stored Memory" is displayed if
clear all hot key dial.
