Mailbox transmission

With this function, a document is sent to a mailbox on the recipient's ma-
chine.
This is used to send important documents to a specific person.

Mailbox transmission is compatible with F-code communication. Ma-
chines compatible with F-codes can be specified as recipients for mail-
box transmission.
The recipient and mailbox settings must be specified.
The mailbox ID must be entered in order for the recipient to view the fax
document.

Position the document to be faxed.

If necessary, select the Quality setting.
– For details on selecting the Quality setting, refer to "Selecting the
fax quality" on page 2-10.
