Programming
You can program the following items on your system:

System time and date
•
User codes
•
Schedules
•
Schedule events
•
Downloading feature
•
Brightness of touchpads
•
Volume of speakers
•
Chime features
•
Energy saver options
•
Attach lights to sensors
There are two methods for programming your system:
•
Programming menus. Off visual text cues from your touchpad.
•
Programming shortcuts. Allow you to type in a sequence of numbers for a
specific programming task.
Either method requires a valid system or partition master code. You cannot
program the system using a regular user code.
Programming menus
The programming menus (Table 11 on page 56) are arranged much like a
computer software program. Each menu contains multiple options.
To enter the programming menus, press 9, system or partition master code.
To navigate through the menus:
Press A

To move backward through the menus.
To move forward through the menus.
To turn a feature off.
To turn a feature on.
To enter values or codes.
To deselect an option or to cancel an entry.
