You can use group hold to pick up calls for other
attendants.
To use group hold:
1
Press the <GH> key while talking on a call. The call
is placed in group hold, and the group hold key on
each attendant's phone lights.
2
To retrieve the call, any attendant presses the lit group
hold key.
