5.5 The Link Status Screen

Use this screen to view the status of the G-210H's wireless connection with the AP or peer
computer.

DESCRIPTION
This field displays the descriptive name given to this profile.
Select an available wireless network from the drop-down list, or type the name
(SSID) of a wireless network in this field.
Select the wireless security method used on this network. The options are Open,
Shared, WPA-PSK, or WPA2-PSK. WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK are
recommended for home networks.
Select the encryption method used on this network. The options differ depending
on the Authentication Type selected.
If WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK are selected in the Authentication field, select AES
or TKIP.
If Open or Shared are selected in the Authentication field, select WEP or None.
If you have selected WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK in the Authentication Type field,
type a pre-shared key using 8~63 letters ("a"~"z", "A"~"Z") and digits ("0"~"9").
This screen is editable if you have selected WEP security. WEP offers only a low
level of security and WPA2-PSK is recommended for home users.
Type the WEP keys in this box. Type hexadecimal ("0"~"9", "A"~"E") or ASCII
characters ("a"~"z", "A"~"Z", "0"~"9"), depending on which option is selected.
