DESCRIPTION
This field displays the descriptive name given to this profile.
Select an available wireless network from the drop-down list, or type the name
(SSID) of a wireless network in this field. If typing the SSID, use up to 32 letters
("A"~"Z", "a"~"z") and numbers ("0"~"9").
Select this option to set the G-210H to be constantly turned on (instead of
operating in power saving mode). CAM is more suitable when using the G-210H
with a desktop computer.
Select this option to set the G-210H to enter a powered down state when not
transmitting data (instead of operating in constantly awake mode). This is
especially useful when using the G-210H with a notebook computer.
Select the network type from the drop-down box. Select Infrastructure to connect
to an AP. Select Ad-hoc to connect to a peer computer.
Set the output power of the G-210H in this field. If there is a high density of APs in
an area, decrease the output power to reduce interference with other APs. Select
one of the following 100 (full power), 75, 50, 25 or 12 (minimum). See the product
specifications for more information on your G-210H's output power.
Select a channel number if interference from other wireless devices is a problem.
Your G-210H and other wireless devices in your network must use the same
channel.
