Specifying a Gutter

■ When printing from Windows
Specify the following settings in the printer driver. For details on using the printer driver,
see Help of the printer driver.
1. Display the [Finishing] sheet in the printer driver.
2. Specify [Binding Location].
3. Click [Gutter] to specify the gutter width in the [Gutter Settings] dialog box.
■ When printing from Macintosh
Specify the settings in the printer driver. For details on using the printer driver, see Help of

the printer driver.
■ When printing from DOS or UNIX
When you are printing from DOS, UNIX, or other operating system on which you cannot
use the printer driver, perform the following procedure using the printer's control panel.
