Using Walking Foot (Even foot)
This is a specialattachment for hard-to-feed
materials. Thisfoot preventsthe fabric from slipping or
puckeringby feeding fabrics with upper and lower
feed dogs. Even foot is great for fine fabrics, knits,
leatherand matching plaids.
[] Turn off the switch.
[] Raise the needle and presser foot.
[] Loosen the setscrew and remove the foot holder
(Refer to page 14).
[] Attach even foot to the presser bar with the lever
above the needle cramp, and secure it with the
setscrew.
I OTE:
Sew at low to medium speed.

Quilting bar for the walking foot
[] Push down the quilting bar into the slit on the even
foot.

[] Slide the quilting bar to the right or left to match it
with the seam spacing.
