Take hold of the image drum by its ends using both hands and lift it
out of the machine. Set it aside on a clean, dry surface out of direct
sunlight.

Carefully pull out any paper caught inside the machine. Try to avoid
tearing fragments of paper off inside the machine.

Pull out the paper tray and remove any paper caught in the feeder or
damaged in the tray itself.
7.
Load the paper tray to a sufficient level, pushing the paper down so
that the plastic corner tabs are above the paper.
8.
Slide the paper tray gently but firmly back into the machine until it
latches in place.
