Programming Fax2Net settings

Follow these instructions to program the fax machine with the Fax2Net
information required to use the Fax2Net server (i.e., Fax2Net server tele-
phone number, account number and international prefix number).
1.
Press MENU to enter the menu.
Press " to select LOCATION PROGRAM and press ENTER or

Press " to select FAX NETWORK PRG. and press ENTER or $.

Enter the server number (40 digits max) using the numeric keypad
and press ENTER.

Enter the account number (14 digits max) using the numeric keypad
and press ENTER.
6.
Enter the international prefix number (10 digits max) using the
numeric keypad and press ENTER.
Press the # or STOP to return to the stand-by mode.

Note:
A maximum of three prefixes can be registered.

Dial directories

This section explains how to program the new dial directories into the fax
machine.
Note:
The programming of e-mail addresses and web page URLs is
only possible when an account number is programmed into the
fax machine. If an account number is deleted after e-mail
addresses and/or web page URLs have been registered, only the
programming screen for telephone (fax) numbers can be
accessed.

Programming One-Touch keys

The fax machine has 40 One-Touch keys that can be used for the rapid
dialling of registered numbers. Up to 80 telephone (fax) numbers, a
primary and alternate number for each One-Touch key, or 40 e-mail
addresses or web page URLs (one per One-Touch key) can be registered.
A 15-character location ID can also be entered for each One-Touch key
(telephone (fax) numbers only). The e-mail addresses are for common use
with I FAX addresses.
