Programmed dialling using numeric keypad
1.
Enter the telephone (fax) number using the numeric keypad.
2.
Press SPEED DIAL/SEARCH. The display will show SPEED
DIAL NO.[xxx].
3.
Press ENTER. The display will show LOC#:xxxxxxxxxxx.
4.
Press ENTER. The display will show NAME:.
5.
Enter the location ID and press ENTER.
6.
Information is written to memory.
Note 1: Pressing the START key after entering the telephone (fax)
number will set the fax machine to dialling or memory scanning
mode.
Note 2: Speed Dial numbers not yet programmed with a destination will
be displayed consecutively when the SEARCH key is pressed
repeatedly.
Note 3: If an account number is deleted, One-Touch keys to which an e-
mail address or web page URL have been registered will not be
displayed.
Note 4: Pre-feeding of documents to be faxed is prohibited.
Note 5: COPY key is disabled in some function communication modes
(e.g., specified time, broadcast, confidential, relay, polling, etc.).
Note 6: SPEED DIAL/SEARCH is disabled if the number entered is more
than 40 digits long.
Note 7: If no locations are available, the display will show NO LOCA-
TION AVAILABLE.

Press MENU to enter the Menu.
Press " to select FAX2NET and press ENTER or $.

Select WEB RETRIEVAL and press Enter or $.

Press SPEED DIAL/SEARCH and enter either the first character or
a speed dial number. Press START to dial and the machine will
return to the stand-by mode.
