Nothing happens
when setting the
Power switch to
ON.
Battery and power
supply
Battery run out
quickly.
Power cuts out
during operation.
Possible causes
The battery has run out.
The battery is loaded backward.
The battery cover or slot cover is not
closed securely.
The camera and AC power adapter are not
connected correctly.
The camera has been left for a long period
with battery and AC power adapter
removed.
Camera is used in extremely cold
conditions.
The battery terminals are soiled.
Same battery has been used for a long
period.
The battery has run out.
The camera and AC power adapter are not
connected correctly.
Solutions
Load new or fully charged battery.
Load the battery in the corrected direction.
Close the battery cover or slot cover
securely.
Connect the camera and AC power
adapter correctly.
Load the battery or connect the AC power
adapter, and wait a short time before
turning the camera on.
Put the battery in your pocket or another
warm place to heat it and then load it into
the camera just before you take a picture.
Wipe the battery terminals with a clean,
dry cloth.
The battery can no longer be recharged.
Load a new battery.
Load new or fully charged battery.
Connect the camera and AC power
adapter correctly.
