Taking Pictures (B AUTO Mode)

This section describes the basic operations.

Turn the camera on.
A Set the Power switch to ON.
C Set the Focus mode selector switch to "S-AF."
D Set the Photometry selector dial to ) Multi (Pattern).

CHECK
• Focal range
Wide-angle: approx. 50 cm (1.6 ft.) to infinity
Telephoto: approx. 2.5 m (8.2 ft.) to infinity
• Select e Macro mode to take close-up shots (➝p.75).

Press the Flash pop-up button to pop-up
the flash.
