Problems
Possible causes
The lens is dirty.
AF frame (lit red) and { appeared when
taking pictures.

The picture was taken with a slow shutter
speed (long exposure) in a high-
temperature environment.
AC power adapter was connected or
disconnected during turning the camera
on.
A picture is taken using self-timer when
setting [LONG PERIOD] or [LAST 7(RAW
3)] continuous shooting mode.
Solutions
Clean the lens.
Check the focus on the subject and take
pictures.
It may cause camera shake. Hold the
camera steadily.
This is a characteristic of CCDs and does
not indicate a camera fault.
Connect or disconnect the AC power
adapter only when the camera is off.
Failing to turn the camera off first can
result in damage to the Memory Card or
malfunctions during PC connection.
Only 1 frame can be shot when using
[LONG PERIOD] or [LAST 7(RAW 3)]
continuous shooting mode and Self-timer
mode together.
