This section describes how to change the Receiving Station.

Press [Receiving Statn.].

Select the Receiving Station you want to change.

Press [Clear] to clear the number, and then enter the new number using the
number keys.

This section describes how to delete the Transfer Station / Receiving Station.

Press [System Settings].

Press [Administrator Tools].

Press [TNext].
D
Press [Address Book: Program / Change / Delete Transfer Request].

Press [Delete].

Select the name whose Transfer Station / Receiving Station you want to delete.
Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
If you press
folder name, e-mail address, or IP-Fax destination.
G
Press [Yes].
H
Press [Exit].
